Once you log in, navigate to "My Dashboard". You will find all your enrolled recorded courses and the schedule for your upcoming live training sessions.

Visit the "Consultations" page, select your preferred expert, choose an available time slot from their calendar, and proceed to checkout to confirm your booking.

Certificates are automatically generated upon completing 100% of a recorded course or attending at least 80% of a live training program. You can download them directly from your dashboard.

For recorded courses, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the content. For live programs, refunds are only available up to 48 hours before the first session begins.
